1. Service Nature

INAROCK INFRA primarily provides real estate advisory and consultation services. We do not directly sell properties or collect property payments on behalf of developers unless explicitly mentioned.

2. Consultation Fees

If any consultation or service fee is charged, it will be clearly communicated in advance.

• Fees once paid for consultation services are generally non-refundable.
• In case of duplicate payment or technical error, refund requests may be reviewed within 7 working days.

3. Booking & Property Payments

Any booking amount or property payment made directly to developers is subject to the respective developer’s refund and cancellation policy. INAROCK INFRA shall not be responsible for refund decisions made by third-party developers.

4. Cancellation Requests

If you wish to cancel any paid advisory service, you must notify us in writing via email. Approval of refunds, if applicable, will be at the discretion of management after reviewing the service status.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–15 working days through the original mode of payment.

6. Policy Changes

INAROCK INFRA reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy without prior notice.
